Prices & Taxes

All prices we quote in person, over the phone, by email, or on the website are in US dollars. All prices are subject to change based on availability and departure location. Price change may occur due to factors outside our control which increase the cost of the packages we offer.

Please note that we reserve the right not to show you a breakdown of the costs involved in the trip.

Deposit Requirement

Before Thrilling Expeditions Travel Co confirms your booking, we will ask you to pay a non-refundable fee of [Insert Fees] per person. If you book within 15 days of the departure date, you will have to pay the full amount. For some selected trips, we may ask you to pay a higher deposit than the standard payment. We accept payment through cash, checks, debit cards, or credit cards. 

Acceptance Of Booking

If and when we accept your booking, we will send you a confirmation invoice at the email address you provided while booking your trip. Please refer to the invoice for details regarding the final payments.

If, for any reason, we do not receive the requested amount, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

If the amount has been deducted from your debit card or credit card and we have not received it, we recommend talking to your local bank immediately. The problem could be from their side, not ours.

Personal Details

In order for Thrilling Expeditions Travel Co to confirm your trip arrangements, you must provide all the information we request. That includes

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Nationality
  • Passport number
  • Passport issue date
  • Passport expiry date

Please make sure your full name, date of birth, and nationality are the same as written in your passport. If you face any difficulties during immigration due to a discrepancy in your passport, we will not be held responsible for that.

In addition, we may ask for any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect your journey.

Failing to provide any of the above-mentioned details will result in rejecting your booking request.

Cancellation Policy

Once we have confirmed your booking, your down or full payment is non-refundable. This applies to any unused tours, tickets, accommodations, or rentals. However, during unforeseen circumstances, such as natural calamities, government rules, political instability, or terrorist attacks, you will be entitled to a refund.

If your package includes local and international flights, cancellation of airline tickets will be based on their Terms & Conditions. Therefore, prior to making a booking at Thrilling Expeditions Travel Co, we recommend you read the Terms & Conditions of those airline companies. We only act as travel agents and will not be held responsible for the cancellations, delays, or rescheduling of a flight.

Age Requirements

All travelers under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian present during the trip, who will be responsible for taking care of the minor. If the legal guardian wants to appoint someone else in their place, they’ll have to sign a contract that highlights the transfer of authority.

Health Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to know about their health care requirements. While we can help with standard tests, we are not medical experts. Therefore, you must obtain advice from your local doctor at least a month before traveling. Furthermore, you might be asked to undergo a temperature check or Covid-19 test upon arrival at your destination.

At Thrilling Expeditions Travel Co, we try our best to stick to the itinerary you see on our website. However, certain situations beyond our control may drive us to make a change in the itinerary. Risk Acceptance

By booking a trip on Thrilling Expeditions Travel Co, you agree that certain parts of the arrangement involve a degree of personal risk. You will be visiting foreign places with varying political, social, and cultural landscapes. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the current situation of the country you are visiting.
